The fall 2021 reopening plan includes in-person instruction. For elementary students there will be some additional asynchronous online work in order to complete the state requirements. For questions regarding an online option in the fall please email ftsadmin@icnmasjid.org.

School Admission Information

STEP 1: Click grade level to register

Note: A registration form must be completed for each student.

Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade registration is full. Seats are still available in 2nd and 3rd Grade

STEP 2: Complete PTC Agreement (Required, 1 per family)

STEP 3: Turn in completed health exams

Forms may be turned in by submitting hard copies to the office, or attaching in an email to ftsadmin@icnmasjid.org with “Health Examination forms: [Student Name and Grade]” in the subject line.
